If you have an emergency, dial 112. There is 24-hour on-site security who can be reached at +34 674 418911 and should also be notified of emergencies once you have called 112. Security also has access to a defibrillator.

Parking
• Your parking space is at number 72. People sometimes park in the space when they should not. Just park in the next free space until they move.

Thermostat and air conditioning
The thermostat is located in the living room, by the corridor to the bedrooms.
• Do not drop to a temperature below 20°C.
• Turn off the air conditioning if you will be away for an extended period.
• Turn off the air conditioning when the windows or doors are open.

Excessive and unjustified consumption may result in an additional charge.
Private swimming pool
• The pool is usually cleaned on Friday afternoons.
• Please do not leave anything in the water on that day.
⚠️ For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to salt the pool.
Recycling and Waste Disposal
There are communal bins just outside the property for rubbish. Recycling bins are available just outside the entrance to Oasis.
Please respect the recycling guidelines:
• Plastic: yellow bin
• Cardboard and paper: blue bin
• Glass: green bin
Relevant colour bags have been provided to sort your recycling
House Rules
• Quiet hours: no noise between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking in the apartment
• No pets allowed
• No parties or events
• Do not remove the sheets upon departure
Before leaving
• Turn off all lights and the air conditioning
• Close the windows and doors
• Return the keys
• Double-check that you haven’t forgotten anything and that you’re not leaving with anything that doesn’t belong to you 😄
Tips
To open the front door, you may have to pull the door slightly towards you. There is also a knob inside the door that you can twist, which performs like a safety chain.
Shutters can only be opened from the inside.
The hot water can take a few minutes to come through the first time the boiler is used after a while. It may even slow the water down or stop for a few seconds, but then you will have plenty of hot water.
Swimming
The communal pools have no set opening hours; you swim at your own risk. There are four pools within Oasis. Loungers are available at some of the pools, but you can take your own. Please do not put the pool towels on the grass as it ruins them.
Centre of Hacienda del Alamo
The Spanish village is a 5-minute walk away and has everything you need, such as shops and restaurants.
Turn right out of the apartment and go straight over the roundabout. You will see a gate in front of you.

🏌️Golf Santa Elena – Hacienda del Álamo
Designed by Dave Thomas Ltd, opened 2006.
- Santa Elena Golf Club (formerly Hacienda del Álamo) in Murcia features extensive practice amenities, including a two-story driving range with 36 tees (18 covered), practice bunkers, chipping greens, and two putting greens. It is located in Fuente Álamo and managed by UGolf.
The comprehensive practice facilities include:
- Driving Range: 36-tee facility featuring 18 covered bays and 18 open-air tees.
- Short Game Area: Chipping green, two putting greens, and dedicated practice bunkers.

Restaurants and bars
There are a number of different bars and restaurants that are walkable. Most of these are within the picturesque Spanish Village, which is a mere 2-10 minute stroll away from the Oasis apartments.
Pam’s Kitchen – Near the old sales office towards entrance on left
Asian cuisine with bar and tapas. Booking in advance for the restaurant is recommended but not needed for the tapas and bar.
Fairways – Spanish Village
International favourites with a great Sunday lunch in winter for just €23.
Manolo’s – Spanish Village
Spanish cuisine and tapas with sweeping views of the golf course and countryside and mountains beyond.
The Ona Hotel Hacienda del Álamo Golf Resort – Bar and restaurant
The hotel bar is open until 11pm in the evening and the restaurant serves breakfast and dinner.

Lochy’s – Spanish Village
From a great-value breakfast to lunchtime favourites, then on to drinks and casual dinners, Lochy’s has it all, including regular entertainment at night.

Indoor and outdoor seating with Spanish and Belgian tapas.
19th hole Wine Bar – Spanish Village
Upmarket wine bar with a wide selection of wine and champagne by the bottle or the glass plus a selection of food from cheese platters to a full meal.
Rangla Punjab Indian restaurant – Spanish Village
Wide choice of Indian favourites with great service and a high-quality wine list. Highly recommended.
El Corner Bakery – Spanish Village
Open from 8am to 10pm this cafe serves breakfast such as avocado toast and bacon rolls as well as delicious pastries. Later on, choose from sandwiches, sausage rolls, and cakes with a full bar service too.
Emerald Irish Bar – Spanish Village
Drinks and live entertainment. Also shows live sports.
Outside Hacienda del Alamo
Los Cazadores de Corvera – Covera
Probably the most elegant restaurant in the area. Serves Spanish fish and meat dishes in elegant surroundings with a wide selection of wines.

D’Costa mini mart – Spanish Village
There is small supermarket, D’Costa, on site where you can get all your essentials. Including freshly baked bread from 9.30 am to 6 pm daily. They also carry a wide range of essentials, from suntan cream to iPhone leads. A cashpoint ATM is situated outside.

Local Area
The closest town is Fuente del Alamo, which has several supermarkets, including Mercadona, which sells ready-made items such as rotisserie chicken, sushi and salads, as well as general shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. There is also a Consum supermarket on Campasol, which is around a 15-minute drive.
Note that supermarkets in Fuente Alamo are not open on Sundays. If you want a wide selection of stores including a hypermarket and Primark, the Espacio Mediterráneo shopping centre in Cartagena is around 30 minutes away.
Beaches
The two closest beaches are Mazzaron and Los Alcazares, which are around a 30-minute drive. Bolnuevo is our favourite with a restaurant and the Oasis cafe right by the beach and plenty of free parking. There is also Mar Menor, the largest lagoon in Europe.
